The Neighborhood

The apartment building is located in the centre of the Flaminio district halfway between Piazza del Popolo (a few minutes away by tram) and Ponte Milvio, the only ancient Roman bridge still in use.

The district is bordered by the River Tiber (that can be crossed via the Ponte della Musica or “Music Bridge” to reach the Foro Italico sporting complex) and, in the other direction, by Villa Borghese, the most beautiful park in Rome, where the famous museum Galleria Borghese can be found.

In recent years, the Flaminio district has undergone a cultural rebirth, especially where art and music are concerned. This has been associated with the opening of numerous new bars, restaurants and clubs, creating a lively night life patronised by locals even more than tourists.
